Lead Solar Installer
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of solar installation and troubleshooting experience, with a general electrical background. They also have a great attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and geek out over the perfect conduit run.

Assistant Installer
Ideal team members have some general electrical or construction experience. Solar and EV experience is not necessary as long as you are motivated to learn! This is an assistant position, with lots of room for on-the-job skill development and advancement.
